Mr. Whyte is an Australian expatriate based in London, England, who has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the natural resources industry. His background is in stock broking and media, but he has also co founded several companies in mining, oil & gas, and forestry. He is Chairman of Moneta, as well as EastWest Timber AS, and a director of the Augen Capital Corp (TSX: AUG.V).

Kevin L. Snook, Toronto, Ontario
President & Chief Executive Officer & Director
Mr. Snook became President of Moneta in January 2006 after serving as a director for several years. He is also Chairman of Geoinformatics Exploration Inc., a geo-science based minerals exploration company. Mr. Snook worked internationally for five years with Schlumberger Ltd. in the oil field service industry, and was Managing Director of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Deloitte Corporate Finance Canada. He has over 25 years of wide-ranging international corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions experience, and has been instrumental in founding, managing and building several entrepreneurial companies.

Mr. Snook holds an MBA degree from Columbia University in New York, and a Masters degree in Systems Engineering from Carleton University.

Francis Yungwirth, Timmins Ontario

Mr. Yungwirth is a Timmins-based lawyer and mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Canadian mining sector in both production and exploration. He acts as Corporate Counsel to Moneta and is a consultant on other corporate matters. Mr. Yungwirth was a director of Moneta from 1984 to 2004 and served as both Vice President and Chief Executive Officer during that time. His law practice in Timmins focuses on property, corporate, resource and securities law. He holds a Certificate of Authorization for entry-level mineral projects, and serves on the Bulletin Committee of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) and several industry ad-hoc committees.

Rainer Skeries, P.Geo., Timmins, Ontario
Consulting Exploration Manager
Mr. Skeries is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in Canadian minerals exploration.

Michael Coulson, London, England

Mr. Coulson is a respected analyst, commentator and author on the mining industry and is also a director of the U.K.-based City Natural Resources High Yield Trust.

Mr. Henry is a Chartered Accountant who was in public practice for eight years and has been a financial advisor for over 25 years. He is a Principal of Hampton Equity Management Inc., a real estate finance company.

John Larche, Timmins, Ontario

Mr. Larche has over 50 years mining and prospecting experience. He co-discovered the Hemlo Golden Giant ore body. Mr. Larche was awarded the Order of Canada.

Mr. Parsons is a Chartered Accountant and is Chief Executive Officer of EastWest Timber AS, an Estonian company with timber manufacturing capacity in Estonia and forest concessions in northwest Russia.
