Warren Bates, P.Geo

Director

Mr. Bates currently serves as Senior Vice President, Exploration of Pelangio Exploration Inc. ("Pelangio") and is responsible for all of Pelangio's exploration activities in Canada and Ghana, including new project generation. Until recently, Pelangio held a 44.6% equity interest in Detour Gold (TSX: DGC), representing majority control of the Detour Lake advanced exploration project.

Mr. Bates holds two Bachelor of Science degrees (Hons. Geology and Chemisty) from the University of Manitoba and has over 22 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. He previously held the position of Vice President, Exploration for St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (St. Andrew). Prior to his tenure at St. Andrew, he worked over 20 years for Granges Inc. and its successor company, Vista Gold Inc., in various roles from District Geologist to International Exploration Manager. Mr. Bates has operated and managed exploration programs in North and South America which resulted in a number of gold discoveries, completed evaluations on corporate acquisitions, conducted pre-feasibility and feasibility studies in a range of mine operations.

Richard Boulay, B Sc (Geology)

Mr. Boulay is a geologist with over 40 years of experience in the exploration, mining and mining finance industries in Canada, the United States, Mexico and several Latin American countries. He has fifteen years of mining and infrastructure financing experience gained with the Bank of Montreal, The Royal Bank of Canada and the Bank of Tokyo.

During his project financing career he assisted in the financing of numerous underground and open pit mining projects, hydro and diversion dams, nuclear reactors, pipelines and offshore exploration, production and gas separation platforms. He has extensive experience in the management and financing of public companies in Canada and the United States.

In 2004, Mr. Boulay joined the board of San Gold Corporation as a Director and served as San Gold's first Chief Financial Officer for 2 years as that Company financed the reactivation of the Rice Lake gold mine and conducted an aggressive six year exploration program that has outlined several new high grade gold deposits. He remains a Director of San Gold Corporation and also serves as a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of StrikePoint Gold Inc., a company that has an extensive land position in Manitoba's Rice Lake greenstone belt, including a joint venture property with San Gold, adjacent to San Gold's Rice Lake mine lease. Mr. Boulay is also a Director of Latin American Minerals Inc., a company exploring and developing an extensive Archean greenstone belt hosted gold deposit in Paraguay.

Mr. Henry is a Chartered Accountant who was in public practice for eight years and has been a financial advisor for over 25 years. He is a Principal of Hampton-Metrix Capital Partners Inc., a real estate finance company.

Charles Parsons, Brinkworth, United Kingdom

Mr. Parsons is a Chartered Accountant and is Chief Executive Officer of EastWest Timber AS, an Estonian company with timber manufacturing capacity in Estonia and forest concessions in northwest Russia.

Dr. K. Sethu Raman, Ph. D.
Position:
Director

Dr. Raman holds a Ph.D degree in Geology from Carleton University, Ottawa and a UNESCO Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Vienna, Austria. Dr. Raman has over 40 years of international experience in all phases of exploration, mine development, acquisition and operations including the financial and legal areas. He has held directorships and senior executive positions in a number of TSX-listed mining companies and has pioneered many new exploration concepts and strategies which have led to the discovery of eleven significant mineral deposits located near established mining camps, six of which went on to become producing gold mines.

Dr. Raman was most recently (1986 to 2004) President and CEO of Holmer Gold Mines Limited which discovered and developed the Timmins Gold deposit in 'West' Timmins, Ontario and completed a business combination with Lake Shore Gold Corp. in 2004. Dr. Raman remains a significant shareholder and director of Lake Shore Gold Corp. Dr. Raman previously spent 13 years with Campbell Chibougamau Mines/Campbell Resources and the Royex Gold Mining Group of companies (now Barrick Gold Corporation) in various management positions, including Vice President (1980 to 1986) where he played a key role in several major acquisitions and gold discoveries.
