Gary O'Connor, B.Sc., MAusIMM
CEO and Chief Geologist and Director

Mr. Gary O'Connor is currently CEO and Chief Geologist and Director of the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and development. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geology, and holds a graduate degree in geology, geophysics and environmental studies from the University of Auckland.

Mr. O'Connor was Vice-President of Dundee Resources from 2007 to 2017 where he guided investment decisions with his technical due diligence on 200+ resource projects across all continents and covering gold, diamonds, base metals, bulk commodities and uranium.

From 2000 to 2007, Mr. O'Connor was Vice-President, Exploration of Gabriel Resources Ltd. where he directed the drill out and feasibility of the 16+Moz Rosia Montana gold resource, the discovery and scoping of the Rodu-Frasin gold deposit (~2Moz), as well as the drill out and scoping studies of the large (500+MMt) Tarnita and Rosia Poieni Cu-Au porphyry deposits. Mr. O'Connor was Vice-President, Exploration of European Goldfields from 2000 to 2003 where he was responsible for the discovery, drill out and scoping studies of a number of deposits in the belt including the Certej gold deposit (3Moz), the Teascu (0.5Moz) gold deposit, and Hanes gold deposits (0.6Moz).

From 1990 to 2000 he worked as District Exploration Manager for Freeport-McMoRan ("Freeport") in Indonesia where he was responsible for exploration of the Papuan Belt. His successes include the discovery, drill out, resource estimation and scoping study of the Wabu Gold skarn deposit (12+Moz), the drill out of two large (500+MMt) Duwagu and Komopa Cu-Au porphyry deposits, the discovery of the Etna Bay Cu-Au porphyry deposit for which he received the Freeport President's Award for exploration success, the discovery of the Mamoa Au-Cu porphyry system, as well as a number of epithermal gold, skarn and porphyry copper-gold projects including the Siduarsi Ni-Co laterite deposit (100+MMt @ 1.1% Ni, 0.12% Co). During his term at Freeport, Mr. O'Connor also worked on the due diligence which led to the revelation of the major fraud committed by Bre-X Minerals with its Busang gold "deposit" in Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Warren Bates, P.Geo

Mr. Bates currently serves as Senior Vice President, Exploration of Pelangio Exploration Inc. ("Pelangio") and is responsible for all of Pelangio's exploration activities in Canada and Ghana, including new project generation. Until recently, Pelangio held a 44.6% equity interest in Detour Gold (TSX: DGC), representing majority control of the Detour Lake advanced exploration project.

Mr. Bates holds two Bachelor of Science degrees (Hons. Geology and Chemisty) from the University of Manitoba and has over 22 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. He previously held the position of Vice President, Exploration for St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (St. Andrew). Prior to his tenure at St. Andrew, he worked over 20 years for Granges Inc. and its successor company, Vista Gold Inc., in various roles from District Geologist to International Exploration Manager. Mr. Bates has operated and managed exploration programs in North and South America which resulted in a number of gold discoveries, completed evaluations on corporate acquisitions, conducted pre-feasibility and feasibility studies in a range of mine operations.

Alex Henry, CPA, CA
Independent Director

Mr. Henry is the managing partner of Hampton-Metrix Capital Partners Inc. which primarily organizes financings and structures for: the acquisition, enhancement, development and disposition of various real estate opportunities in domestic and international markets. Since 1981, Mr. Henry has held various positions in the investment banking industry. He managed various tax-assisted and other private placements, public equity financings and alternative investment products both in Canada and internationally. Throughout his career Mr. Henry has established a reputation for developing innovative real estate and capital market offerings. Mr. Henry currently is an active member on the boards of several public and private corporations. Mr. Henry qualified as a Chartered Accountant while with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Toronto, Ontario. While in public practice Alex lectured and was published in his focused areas of taxation, real estate and corporate finance.

Patricia Sheahan, B.Sc.
Independent Director

Mrs. Sheahan holds a B.Sc. in Geology and was the principal of an international research consulting company focused in the mineral exploration sector for over 35 years prior to donating the company and its extensive research database to the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) of the University of British Columbia. She has served as an independent geoscientist for 45 years and is the author and editor of numerous publications in the mineral exploration field. An active director on several public company boards, she currently consults for the MDRU of the University of British Columbia and has served on various organizational boards including PDAC (16 years) and geological societies such as GAC, MAC, SEG.

Mark Wayne, LL.B., CFA
Independent Director

Mr. Wayne was Chairman of the board of directors of Alamos Gold Inc. until 2014 and currently serves as a director of Castle Mountain Mining Co. Ltd. and other public companies. Mr. Wayne was a co-founder, CFO and director of Antares Minerals Inc. from July 2004 to December 2010 when the company was sold to First Quantum Minerals Ltd. in a transaction valued at over $600 million. He was also a co-founder, CFO and director of QGX Ltd. from August 2002 to September 2008, when the company was sold to Kerry Holdings Ltd. for $250 million.

He is currently a Vice President of IA Securities Inc. (formerly MGI Securities Inc. "MGI"), a registered investment dealer. Prior to joining MGI in January of 2005, Mark spent four years as CEO, a director and a co-founding shareholder of Lightyear Capital Inc., a Calgary-based investment dealer. Mr. Wayne began his career practicing corporate and securities law for seven years with Bennett Jones LLP and has been directly involved in the investment industry since 1987. Mark founded and was President of AltaFund Investment Corp., a public investment company with over $100 million in assets, from 1987 to 1991. He then joined Altamira, a no-load mutual fund manager, as Vice President, Western Canada, for seven years from 1991 to 1998. Mr. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Rodney A. Cooper, P.Eng., MBA
Independent Director

Rodney A. Cooper, P.Eng., MBA, is a professional engineer who, from 2011 to 2017, was President and Chief Operating Officer of Labrador Iron Mines Limited where he maintained stakeholder relationships including several complex agreements with First Nations, multiple rail and port logistic agreements, and negotiations with the Quebec and Newfoundland provincial regulatory regimes. He was actively involved in approximately $100 million in equity financings and $30 million streaming deal financing. He was also instrumental in negotiating a $30 million joint venture with Tata Steel on one deposit.

From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Cooper was Vice President and Senior Mining Analyst at Dundee Securities where he covered 17 listed companies in the commodity space, of which 7 became the targets of successful mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure he was actively involved in equity and debt deals exceeding $5 billion in value.

From 2000 to 2009, Mr. Cooper was Vice President, Technical Services in the corporate office of Kinross Gold Corporation where he established a team of engineers and geologists responsible for project evaluation, project development, technical and economic studies and for the integrity of the resource and reserve base and reporting system. He worked extensively with the operating mines and projects in Ontario, Alaska, Nevada, Washington, Nunavut, Russia, Zimbabwe, Chile and Brazil. He successfully implemented a complex geotechnical and mine closure effort for 14 historical mines simultaneously, in joint venture with the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, in and around Timmins, Ontario. The program was completed under budget and a year ahead of schedule, paving the way for the formation of the Porcupine Joint Venture with Placer Dome, which effectively consolidated gold assets in the Timmins Gold Camp. The assets are now owned and successfully operated by Goldcorp.
Ian C. Peres, CA Ian C. Peres, CPA, CA
President and CFO and Director

Mr. Ian Peres is President and CFO and Director of the Company. He holds a CPA, CA designation, articled with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and has been running the Corporation since 2008, bringing the total NI 43-101 gold resource inventory from 140,000 to 4.3 million ounces (all categories). Mr. Peres brings extensive capital markets experience in his role as a former Toronto merchant banker in the resource sector and has been involved as CFO or Director of several successful TSX and TSXV listed exploration companies. One of his accomplishments include being founder and former CFO and Director of Energy Fuels (TSX: EFR), a now mid-tier uranium producer.

Richard Boulay, B.Sc.(Geology)
Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Boulay, B.Sc.(Geology), is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company. He is a geologist with over 40 years of experience in the exploration and mining industries in Canada and internationally, including15 years of mining and infrastructure financing experience gained with Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Tokyo. He has extensive experience in the management and financing of public companies in Canada and the United States. Mr. Boulay was until recently a Director of San Gold Corp. and served as San Gold's first chief financial officer for two years as that company financed the reactivation of the Rice Lake gold mine and discovered the Hinge type of high grade gold mines near Rice Lake, Manitoba.

Kevin B. Heather, B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc., Ph.D.
Independent Director

Kevin B. Heather is an exploration geologist with 40 years of field experience in North and South America and has a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality technical work that has led to value-wealth creation in the junior exploration sector. Dr. Heather is a Fellow, Councillor and Honorary Lecturer for the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and is a co-founder and Chairman of the Chilean-based charity "Fundación Mineros Contra El Cancer".

Dr. Heather was co-founder and is currently the Chief Geological Officer and Technical Committee Chairman for Regulus Resources Inc. (TSX-V: REG) and is responsible corporate oversight of the technical aspects of the company's exploration activities in addition to building a technical committee comprised of strong geological, metallurgical, and engineering professionals to advance the company's projects in Peru, Argentina and Nevada.

Dr. Heather was also a founding officer and former Vice President Geology of Antares Minerals Inc. (TSX: ANM) where he directed the geological mapping, target generation, planning, supervision, and execution of exploration programs that led to the discovery of the high-grade Haquira East deposit in Southern Peru. He was also involved in the overall development of the Haquira Cu-Mo-Au porphyry project which was sold to First Quantum Minerals in December 2010 for C$650 million.

From 1985-1992, Dr. Heather was employed as a Senior Geoscientist by the Ontario Geological Survey, where he was a team leader for various large, field-based regional- and mine-scale geological mapping programs in various Archean greenstone belts of Northern Ontario. During this time, Dr. Heather was part of a team specializing in the geology of Archean mesothermal lode-Au deposits and co-authored several publications. From 1992-1997, Dr. Heather was a Senior Geoscientist for the Geological Survey of Canada, based in Ottawa, and was responsible for a 5-year, multidisciplinary, regional geological mapping program in the mineral prolific, Archean-aged Abitibi-Swayze greenstone belt of Canada. This work formed the basis of his doctoral dissertation at University of Keele (2001). In 1997, Dr. Heather joined Barrick Gold Corporation in Chile (Barrick Chile Ltda.) as a Senior Exploration Geologist involved in exploration for high- and low-sulphidation epithermal Au deposits in the high-Andes of Chile and Argentina. From 1997-2002, Dr. Heather mapped and explored within the prolific El Indio-Tambo mineral district and the world-class Pascua-Lama Au-Ag project in central Chile.

During 2002-2003, Dr. Heather completed a district-scale, geological/structural mapping and target generation program for Anglogold at their Cerro Vanguardia low-sulphidation Au-Ag deposit in Patagonia, Argentina. This work lead to the discovery of tens of kilometres of additional Au-bearing vein structures not previously recognized or drilled.
