ProjectsWestern Zone
The Western Zone is located west-southwest of the Dyment 3 in Michaud Township and was discovered during the 2003-2004 winter drilling program with 12 drill holes completed for a total of 4,147 metres.

The core Western Zone mineralization is currently indicated over 350 metres of strike by only 7 drill holes with multiple intercepts. Drilling has established that the mineralized system extends over 850 metres strike remaining open both east towards the 55 Zone, west for additional potential of 3 kilometres, and to depth (current vertical depth of 150 - 190 meters). Hallmarks indicative of the mineralized structural system such a quartz veining, alteration and/or mineralization, were found in all drill holes completed to date.

Best results include the westernmost significant gold-bearing intervals in hole MA-04-17 with 10.59 g/t Au over 0.9 metres (including 23.5 g/t Au over 0.4 m) and 3.8 g/t Au over 1.1 metres (including 6.8 g/t Au over 0.4 m). Central holes MA-04-15 and MA-04-14 contain 8.4 g/t Au over 1.5 metres (including 15.7 g/t Au over 0.6 m) and 8.5 g/t over 2.4 metres (including 26.7 g/t Au over 0.6 m) respectively. Crosscutting hole MA-04-22 intersected similar mineralization with 6.95 g/t over 1.0 metre ( including 9.78 g/t over 0.5 metres) and 6.08 g/t over 2.0 metres (including 10.18 g/t over 0.5 metres). MA-04-13 returned the easternmost significant result with 4.24 g/t over 2.1 metres (including 10.98 g/t over 0.8 metres).
